Over 20 years of marketing experience in
FMCG Multi-national companies like Unilever, Johnson
& Johnson, Dumex, PepsiCo and Nestle Thailand as
Marketing Director. She now runs her own company,
Simplework Co., Ltd. and is a certified facilitator for
SCQuARE.
Rachada was trained ‘SCQuARE’ when she was
Marketing Director at PepsiCo and found the frame-
work very useful and practical. She had been applying
