Installing Office Apps on your home Mac or PC

(for Edinburgh L&T staff and pupils)

Click on your profile picture at the top right of the screen

Log in to Office 365

Log in to Office 365 online via the login link on our website:

https://digitallearningteam.org/

View your account

Then click My Account

During installation, you should enter your username in this format:

Staff: payrollnumber@ea.edin.sch.uk

Pupils: SCNnumber@ea.edin.sch.uk

You will be licensed to use this software as long as you are a City of Edinburgh

school pupil or member of Learning & Teaching staff.

Install or check install status

To install the Office Suite onto a

home machine, click Install desktop

applications

Here you can see how many PCs or

Macs you have Office installed on

You can also choose to deactivate

an install, so that the licence may be

used on a different machine

Under Install Status, click

Manage Installs
