  • MORLOCK Pad printing inks

    Suggestion: Stir inks well before using and conduct sample prints.

    Annotation: The information given in this technical data sheet is based on

    up to date knowledge of ITW MORLOCK GmbH and provides guidelines

    which are not obligatory due to the multitude of possible influences of the

    production environment.

    Further inks of our extensive range can be ordered on demand. We

    would be happy to advise you.

    1K ink

    1-component-inks are preferably used on polymers with surfaces which

    can be dissolved with dissolvent. With the evaporation of the dissolvent a

    physical drying is obtained.

    2K ink

    For a higher mechanical and chemical consistency it is worth using a

    2-component-ink. During the chemical curing, the 2 components (Ink and

    hardener) react with one other and result in a never dissolving ink film.
