Lanham Inbound Container Tracking is offered as a traditional Lanham module or a NAV Extension. It uses inbound Advance Ship Notices (ASNs) received via EDI, or imported from Excel, to create and track containers. This information updates expected receipt dates and quantities of the actual inbound items.

Here’s how it works:

What is a NAV Extension?

A NAV Extension is a way to extend Microsoft Dynamics NAV functionality without modifying base NAV.

With an extension, no object merge is required. You can easily install, upgrade, and uninstall functionality, which makes NAV upgrades much easier.

Prerequisites Available as a traditional Lanham module in NAV 5.0 and newer for Perpetual and Subscription licenses.

NAV Extension must be running in NAV 2016 or newer.
