directions

Knowing the store safety rules is very important

If the emergency is very serious I will help the Chief Wardens (Store Managers) get ready to close the store

When there is an angry or dangerous customer, I will help the

Chief Warden understand the best way culturally to manage this

Does somebody need first aid or taken

to the clinic? 

I will help the staff know what to do

next
