HOD addressed the meeting with all faculties in the department regarding ongoing semester class work load and portion completion.

All staffs were asked to instruct students to maintain attendance and proper dress code.

Discussions were carried out regarding completion of Question Bank for Internal Assessment 1. Specific instructions were provided to the staffs regarding framing question bank questions and Hostel Coaching Questions.

Detailed discussion regarding hostel coaching duty allotment for the department staffs was carried out in the presence of HOD.

All staffs were briefed regarding final year placement details by the department placement co-ordinator.

Class committee meeting for IInd, IIIrd and IV yr students were asked to conduct on Jan3 by HOD.

All faculties are advised to give prime importance to coaching and revision for students. AFC students have to write Arrear paper. AFC students should submit the work before 8.15am, in case of failure students will not be allowed attending the classes.

AFC notebooks have to be get signature from head of the department atleast two days once. Faculties are advised to be in class on time

Student discipline has to be ensured in terms of punctuality, personnel grooming.

All faculties are requested to handle the discipline of students in the morning

As the number of working days for final year students is less, ask them to be regular.

All faculties are requested to do their responsibilities with utmost sincerity and dedication. It is advised to motivate the final year students to attend the job fairs and take in interviews seriouisly.

It is advised for the forthcoming interviews all the eligible final year students must attend.

SS Technovation campus drive may be arranged for circuit branches Hostel study hour for II & III Year will be starting on 26.12.2017 at College campus in the enclosed schedule between 5.30 pm and 7.30pm on Monday to Friday.

Faculty Members should monitor the hostel students weekly once and 3 days per month.

CPL will be provided for the 3 hostel duties, which should be taken in month end. Result target has been discussed and same has to be reported to the Head of the Department. Result target has been circulated and same has
