IMAGE BLINDS PTY LTD WARRANTY This warranty by Image Blinds Pty Ltd (‘Image Blinds’) is designed to ensure a thoroughly satisfying experience when selection, purchasing and living with your Image Blinds products. Image Blinds warrants to the original purchaser that products supplied by Image Blinds will be free from defects in materials and workmanship, material breakdown and fabric delamination for a period of 3 years from the date of installation. Subject to the terms of this warranty, Image Blinds will in its sole discretion repair or replace the product, or any component of the product, at its original place of installation. Image Blinds will bear the cost of repairs or providing a replacement product. The original purchaser is to bear the cost of any removal and reinstallation of a product. A call out fee of $120 may apply, which will be fully refunded for claims covered by this warranty. You can make a claim for this refund by contacting Image Blinds (see contact details below). This warranty does not cover: Any conditions caused by: • normal wear and tear; • abuse, neglect, alterations, accidents or misuse; • exposure to elements such as sun damage and discolouration over time; • failure to properly clean, maintain or care for the product as directed by Image Blinds and published on our website at www.imageblinds.com.au; • warpage through exposure to high humidity (e.g. kitchens or bathrooms) or natural variations in grain, colour or texture for timber venetian blinds and other timber products; • any electrical work required for motorised products or Somfy motors; • commercial products or products used for commercial applications.
