The bad weather in the late spring/early summer is the reason for failed acquisitions (DE, NL, UK, SE)10 windows were closed before window end without acquisition due to availability of VHR dedicated or aerial photographyHowever, in many cases VHR & HR windows are overlapping images are often acquired on the same day and duplicate imagery have to be purchased

3 clear trends: Total area increases, the average control zone becomes smaller and the average time needed to collect the imagery decreases6 Sites failed (BE, NL, FR, IE). Mainly due to cloudy weather but also internal competition between sitesIn July, 2 QB sites (FR) were re-allocated to IK.An ad hoc request was received for 6 additional control zones (DE) due to failure of the aerial photography planned. 3 sites were collected by IK, and one by SPS, during a 2 week window

Campaign related problemsLate deliveries of Qb data

Reluctancy from contractors to use backup(many extensions requested) and provide ancillarydata

Slow response on IDQA & validation → high administrative burden for staff
