CRITERIA & E L I G I B I L I T Y Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens and be in good health. Education background and age limit: • Applicants for undergraduate program must be a high school graduate under the age of

25. • Applicants for master's degree program must have bachelor's degree and be under the

age of 35. • Applicants for doctoral degree program must have master's degree and be under the age

of 40.

• Applicants for general scholar program must have completed at least two years of undergraduate study and be under the age of 45.

• Applicants for senior scholar program must have master's degree or above, or hold academic titles of associate professor or above, and be under the age of 50.

The Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Bangladesh presents its compliments to the Ministry of Education, Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh and has the honor to inform the latter of the following:

The Chinese Government wi l l provide the Government of Bangladesh With 162 full scholarships for the academic year of 2015-2016, among which 2 seats are reserved for Bangladeshi young diplomats only. Since 119 Bangladeshi scholarship students are still studying in China, the actual number of enrollment wi l l be 43 this year.

All the applicants are required to forward their information through internet, the CSC on-line Application System for Study in China is available at http://www.csc.edu.cn/laihua.

All of the application documents should be bound on top left corner (in duplicate) and are required to be sent to the Chinese Embassy in Dhaka before March 15, 2015.

The final candidates wil l be chosen to study in China according to their HSK (Chinese Proficiency Test) level. The relevent infonnation of scholarship application wil l be announced at www.facebook.com/chinabd and bd.china-embassy.org.
