    PERFORMING ARTS Dear Friends,

    Welcome to the 2015-2016 Performing Arts Season at the Weidner Center for the Performing Arts.

    This season expands upon the Weidner’s success as a preeminent destination for the best of Broadway, family fare and comedy. The musical menu includes ‘Midtown,’

    Motown, Mannheim Steamroller and more. From Dracula to Celtic Woman, from Green Bay’s own Doctors in Recital to the

    Peking Acrobats, it is a varied, crowd-pleasing lineup.

    At UW-Green Bay, we are deeply proud of the Weidner Center’s ability to extend the University’s educational mission and place the transformative power of live performance within easy reach of every corner of this region. There can be no real understanding of the human experience without deep and abiding appreciation for art, music and theatre. In elevating the arts, we elevate our own capacity for innovation,

    creativity and problem solving.
