Formentera Migjorn Beach House, 16th-20th Oct.Classical Balearic Beach Ballet and Dynamic Sensitisation Yoga Retreat Ballet taught by former Royal Ballet trained dancer and En Avant Ballet teacher Karis Scarlette.Yoga taught by top UK Yoga teacher (as voted in 2013) Jax Lysycia, Nike Brand Ambassador and Founder of Formentera Yoga. Sunrise beach walk, meditation followed by 2 hour yoga class. Late afternoon ballet class followed by sunset stretch and wind down.
