I have an idea not a question about droughts and floods.? I have an idea not a question about droughts and floods.? Why can't we build underground tunnels kind of like sewers from state to state that connect to all cities, but with a way to close the tunnel and open to different direction, so if it floods, let's say in Colorado then they can open the flood gates and send that water to a state that is in need of water and vise verse, I know it would be a long process to do but it can be done, just like installing cable start from the main cities and work your way out and have each state start on their end that would end a lot of drought and also flooding's because you would simply re-direct the water to much needed state. Tell me what you think if it would work or if not why wouldn't it work.
