I have a question about student loans URGENT!?

I need the money for college in 12 days :( . Due to some circumstances i was unaable to accept any financial aid and i have to pay the whole bill. Is there any private student loans that students under 18 can get without a cosigner? My parents have filed for bankruptcy within the last 5 years so they get declined regardless of credit history.
