PTC HYDRAULIC POWER PACKS
The open loop circuit of the PTC power pack allows the use of
only one power pack for both vibrodriver and hydraulic hammer ;
this permits a significant reduction in the cost of investment.
Moreover, the hydraulic power pack is not necessarry if the
carrier can power the hammer ; a hydraulic block (optional)
facilitates the adaptation.
The large range of BSP hydraulic hammers is adapted to public works on land, on river, on harbours and on the sea.
With simple adaptations, these hammers can drive various profile types: steel sheet piles, open/closed tubes, concrete square piles, wooden piles and HEA, HEB, HEM profiles.

SL Hammer free hanging
The SL range of hammers are perfectly adapted to drive free hanging single sheet piles.
These hammers can also be used to drive middle size steel tubes
as well as concrete or wooden piles.

PTC offers various “Multi-purpose” power packs that feature an open loop circuit, which allows the power pack to supply power to multiple equipments :Vibrodrivers, Hydraulic hammers, Vibrolances and more.
The Ecomode is an electronic module included in PTC power packs, which reduces fuel consumption, polluting emissions and noise. This module automatically adjusts the speed of the diesel engine to only supply the power that is needed according to the soil conditions.

HAMMER CONTROL BOX
• Stoke adjustment by potentiometer.
• Control of the blow rate by potentiometer, adjusting the flow
from the pump.
• Digital count of the blow rate.
• Remote control.
• Choice of switching between AUTO and MANUAL.
• Numerous LED lights to help diagnose the problem.
PTC VIBHAMMER (Optional)
Display and record system of the piling parameters :• Ideal for applications where the piling parameters (energy) must
be recorded.
• Interface with the control box and displays on LCD screen main
parameters such as energy, depth, blow rate, number of blows.
• Job site data can be recorded on a USB key for file transfer to
a PC. Data can be transferred worldwide by the GSM network in
real time.
• Software for PC is supplied for data recovery and printing.
STROKE WATCH (Optional) • An economical add on device is available for cases where a
simple read out of hammer energy and stroke is required.
• It connects easily on the control box.
