How To Clear 800 sites in 2 Month??

• We have around 60 team for Site Survey• All team professional and know about Survey• All team must attend Traning with Huawei at 16/3/2016 and 17/3/2016.• All team must clearing site at-least 3 site 1 days… we have 60 team and 800 sites 60 team x 3 sites : 180 sites 1 days,1 week we have round 900 sites. This is only estimated. in-case rain or no key so we cut from 3 sites 1 days to 2 sites 1 days so total : 600 sites 1 week (without Monday and Sunday)

Information Equipment at tower or Rooftop depend on celcom if celcom need we just take. 18/3 we will traning and huawei will give intruction survey Spec to us..

From your survey the result wil be like this… team drawing will make scatch by using autoCADand make TP (TECHNICAL PROPOSAL)

How To Submit Your Surveyor??• Create Dropbox Or Google Drive and then upload your picture and Hand drawing

to online drive…. Then share to Huawei or AutoCad Team…. No need to come submit via Thumb drive…

• About Site Key… we find some part time Despatch and we pay him to take ALL key at celcom using PTW approve by huawei then we will charge Subcon about this.. Around 1 site RM5 or above… so key team will take all key for us and easy team survey to start early morning… we support team also about key though not our job…

• About Work Permit.. Will submit all team list name in 1 sites so every sites have all name… easy to catch just all same.. Everybody can pick any site he wan without refer he name at PTW that sites…

If we success this project we able to install that site…..

• That project we need more analysis and more meeting.
