About HRBA
Halton Region Basket-ball Association Inc., also known as HRBA, is a non-profit sports and recreational or-ganization registered with the Ontario Min-istry of Government Services. Its Board of Directors is the policy making body mainly responsible to set new standard of account-ability, good gover-nance, and transpar-ency by administer-ing leadership with integrity, vision, and direction.
In honour of our Mayor Gord Krantz

HRBA is based in the Town of Milton located in the heart of Halton Region.To serve the community rich with diverse cultures, HRBA formulated the rainbow slogan:
“HRBA supports youth development and diversity”.
The HRBA logo was designed as a bouncing, dribbling ball to depict motion and action in sports which is an embodiment of the mission statement:
“Healthy, Active Living and Sports-manship”.
The prominent date 10-10-10 was added in the logo to put a mark in the calendar the birth of an or-ganization in the leading edge of changes.
HRBA is a convener of basketball tournaments, leagues, and recre-ational programs geared towards youth development and service to the community as a whole.
