SBP Conference

Hosted at the Movenpick Hotel, the SBPConference set ambitious targets for theupcoming quarter with employees feelingmotivated to achieve the targeted 116 IYA .The three day conference ended with amusical performance by Sajjad Ali. Howeverthe real stars were the employees recognizedin the Performance Recognition Program.

As HR, we strongly believe results are driven byour valuable employees. For this reason, thePerformance Recognition Program waslaunched to reward Officer and Supervisorystaff for their work on and off the field. Thewinners were awarded a cash price ofRs. 10,000 along with a star performer trophyand a certificate. Offsite 2015: Skardu shenanigans

The much-awaited annual Abudawood Offsitetradition exposed the ADP managerial employees tothe majestic beauty of Skardu in Gilgit-Baltistan.

The major attraction of the trip quickly became theC130 Planes which was a first time experience formany employees.

The stay at the heavenly Shangrilla Resort set thestage for a great Offsite. Other sites included visits tothe Sukh Valley, Upper Kachura Lake, the historicalKhaploo Fort and Shigarh Fort. The highest plains inthe world, the Deosai Plains were also on theitinerary, including a stopover at the Sadpara Lake.
