While giving a slide show presentation, right-click in Windows on the slide.

Choose an annotation item from the Pointer Options submenu, such as Felt Tip Pen or Ballpoint Pen

You can write directly on the slides: underline words, draw a picture, or whatever you want to emphasize and enhance your presentation.

To annotate (write or draw on) a slide during a slide show:◦ Start the slide show◦ Display the slide you want to annotate◦ Right-click on the slide, point to Pointer Options,

then click on Pen◦ Click and drag the mouse pointer to write or draw

on the slide

To show/hide pointer Press <A> or <=>

To change arrow to an annotation pen Press <Ctrl> + <P>

To change annotation pen to an arrow Press <Ctrl> + <A> or <Esc>

To return to normal use, and move onto the next slide, select Arrow from the submenu.

To erase on-screen annotations Press <E>

The Windows version of PowerPoint lets you save your annotations at the end.

Just click on the pop-up box asking if you want to save your ink presentation or discard!
