To ensure that you are able to take full advantage of our system notifications, we suggest that you perform the following steps to make sure your profile is set up correctly: 1. Go to www.bidsync.com and click on My Account, i n the upper right hand corner. 2. When the BidSync login page is displayed, enter your Username and Password, then click Login. 3. When the Status page is displayed, click on My account . 4. When the My account page is displayed, click on Company profile. 5. When the Company profile page is displayed, you will want to click on the Notifications tab. 6. When the Notifications page is displayed you will want to check your Agency types and Notification type & frequency to make sure you have properly checked the boxes you would like to receive notifications for. To receive everything is the system you will want to check all Agency types and check everything under Notifications type & frequency for email. How do I optimize my BidSync notifications?

To ensure that you are able to take full advantage of our system notifications, we suggest that you perform the following steps to make sure your profile is set up correctly:

1. Go to www.bidsync.com and click on My Account, in the upper right hand corner.

2. When the BidSync login page is displayed, enter your Username and Password, then click Login.

3. When the Status page is displayed, click on My account.

4. When the My account page is displayed, click on Company profile.

5. When the Company profile page is displayed, you will want to click on the Notifications tab.

6. When the Notifications page is displayed you will want to check your Agency types and Notification type & frequency to make sure you have properly checked the boxesyou would like to receive notifications for. To receive everything is the system you will want to check all Agency types and check everything under Notifications type & frequencyfor email.

7. Once you have updated the information make sure you click Save.

8. Click on the Classifications tab.

9. When the Regions page is displayed, click on Manage regions.

10. When the Manage Regions page is displayed, select the states for which you want to receive notifications. If you’d like to narrow down your state selection to a specificcounty, click on the plus (+) sign next to the name of the state to expand the view, then select the appropriate county(ies). Once you’ve made the selection(s), click Save at thebottom of the page.

11. The NIGP classifications code(s) that you specify determine what type of bid notifications are sent to you, so it is important that you set up your classification code(s) correctly.When the Manage Regions page is displayed, click on the NIGP classifications tab, then click Edit NIGP classifications.

Unselect these notification types to stop e-mail notices for the BidSync Links Plus bids (subscription service) and any special offers/promotions. Select the question mark next to each type of notification to find out more information about the different notification types.

12. We recommend searching by keywords to determine codes that apply to your company’s products and services. Click the radio button next to Keyword, enter a keyword inthe text box that applies to your company (for example, “plumbing”), then click Search.

13. When the NIGP codes are displayed, select the code(s) that apply to your company’s products and services, then click Save.

14. To set up your UNSPSC classifications, click on the UNSPSC classifications tab, then click Edit UNSPSC classifications.

15. Click the radio button next to Keyword, enter a keyword in the text box that applies to your company, then click Search.

16. When the UNSPSC codes are displayed, select the code(s) that apply to your company’s products and services, then click Save.

17. To set up your CSI classifications, click on the CSI classifications tab, then click Edit CSI classifications.

18. Click the radio button next to Keyword, enter a keyword in the text box that applies to your company, then click Search.

19. When the CSI codes are displayed, select the code(s) that apply to your company’s products and services, then click Save.

20. You’re done! Your account is now properly configured. To log out, click on Logout in the upper right hand corner of the page.
