1.The particulars in respect of the Immovable Property / Secured Asset specified hereinabove have

2.However, the Authorised Officer / HDFC Ltd shall not be responsible for any error, misstatement or

omission in the said particulars. The Bidders are therefore requested in their own interest, to satisfy

themselves with regard to the above and all other relevant details / material information pertaining

to the abovementioned Immovable Property / Secured Asset, before submitting the bids.

3.Statutory dues like property taxes / cess and transfer charges, registration charges, arrears of

electricity dues, arrears of water charges and other charges known and unknown in respect to the

secured assets being sold, shall be ascertained by the Bidder beforehand and the payment of the

same shall be the responsibility of the buyer of Secured Assets.

4.Wherever applicable, it is the responsibility of buyer of Secured Assets to deduct tax at source (TDS)

18.It shall be at the discretion of the Authorised officer to cancel the tender proceeding for any reasonand return the EMD submitted and HDFC Ltd will not entertain any claim or representation in thatregard from the bidders.

19.The Authorized officer has the absolute right to accept or reject the highest and / or all Bid(s) orpostpone or cancel the sale, as the case may be without assigning any reasons thereof and also tomodify any of the terms and condition of this sale without prior notice.

17. On sale of the property the purchaser shall not have any claim of whatsoever nature against HDFCLtd or its Authorised Officer.

16.The Immovable Property / Secured Asset shall not be sold below the Reserve Price.

20.The sale shall be conferred on the highest bidder/ tenderer subject to confirmation by SecuredCreditor i.e. HDFC Ltd.

21.EMD of successful tenderer shall be adjusted and for all other unsuccessful tenderers, the sameshall be refunded within 10 days from Tender opening date. The Earnest money deposit will notcarry any interest.

The sale shall be subject to the final outcome of and/or orders, directions etc. as may be

passed by the Hon'ble Court from time to time in the above suits / proceedings. The

successful bidder / purchasers shall be required to discharge all the encumbrance to which

the above immovable properties / secured assets are subject to including the above

encumbrances and comply with the decree / orders / directions of the Hon'ble Court.

HDFC has not admitted the claim of the Borrower (s) in the above suit and the proposed sale

in exercise of powers under the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and
