About Destinations of the World on AmadeusDestinations of the World (DOTW), a B2B travel industry wholesaler headquartered in Dubai, has implemented all of its hotel properties on Amadeus.

DOTW has a particularly strong selection of 4-5 star hotels – contracted directly with properties and chains in their main markets of Middle East, South East Asia, Indian Ocean and main destinations and cities in Europe - as well as budget properties with special rates on selected markets such as India and South East Asia.

What can I sell?DOTW supports net rates as well as commissionable rates and the level of commission (up to 20%) can be set during the registration process. DOTW’s hotel inventory on Amadeus includes different rates with meal plans and specific rates for children. Furthermore, DOTW guarantees rate parity, which means hotel rates shown on Amadeus are the same as on their direct channels.

How do I pay?Payment with travel agency credit card: For credit card payments, the debited amount is based on your credentials and account type – net or commission.

Payment with agency credit line: The availability of an agency credit line is subject to your agreement with DOTW.

Accepted credit cards: Visa and MasterCard.

Currencies supported: EUR, GBP and USD are supported for credit card payments.

For payments by agency credit line the currency depends on your contract with DOTW. The following currencies are supported for this option: AED, AUD, CAD, ZAR, CHF, EUR, GBP, MYR, NZD, QAR, SAR, SGD, THB and USD and it is subject to your contract agreement.

Invoice: an electronic invoice is only generated for payments via credit line. You can download the invoices by logging in to the DOTW website using your credentials or you can get a consolidated list based on your credit line agreement.

How do I get my commissions?

DOTW works with payments provider WPS to handle commissions. Commissions are processed for payment on a monthlybasis and paid via WPS 30-60 days after the check-out.

Commissions are paid in USD. You can track the status of your commission earnings and payment via the WPS website.

What else do I need to look out for? Vouchers:Traveller vouchers are not issued automatically on payment. Traveller Vouchers can be printed from the DOTW platform after logging in with your Amadeus credentials. DOTW provides standard vouchers with the DOTW branding.

Multiple room bookings: Up to 9 rooms can be booked on a single PNR. Each room has its own confirmation number and can be cancelled or modified independently.

Multiple occupancy: The number of guests – adults and children – allowed per room depends onthe hotel and room type selected. Full information is given under the terms and conditions of each room rate. Only one guest name is required per room irrespective of number of occupants.

Multilingual support: DOTW descriptive content on hotels and rooms plus traveller vouchers are exclusively available in English.

Booking modifications: You may modify your bookings by logging into DOTW’s direct customer interface. In order to modify bookings on Amadeus (whether booking dates or name changes) currently you must cancel and rebook.

Refunds:You may moThe booking cancellation process is automated, which allows reimbursement to be made in the same day for cancellations qualifying for refund and the date depends on your bank (see terms and conditions for each booking for refund criteria)..

How do I get get started?In order to begin booking DOTW through Amadeus you must register via the Amadeus Registration

Panel (this applies to all travel agencies - whether or not you are already a customer of DTOW) *

Amadeus credentials can also be used to acces the DOTW website. Follow the instructions on the registration page on Amadeus to complete the registration process. You will receive your credentials within 48 hours after DOTW has received your signed contract. Credentials can be provided at travel agency or individual travel agent level depending on your business needs. Please check within your agency which option suits best before completing the registration process.

*Travel agencies located in India cannot be registered as DOTW works exclusively with wholesales in this market.
