LETS BEGIN!



On your URL, type:

You’re now at your Hootsuite Dashboard

Main Menu

You’ll be directed here



This is your profile settings menu.

This window will appear



Provide your details here



Click “Save Account Info”



Once your settings is saved, you’ll be

directed back here



Let’s now start adding social media

accounts to your Hootsuite.



Click “Add a Social Network”



This window appears.



Click the “Facebook” tab



Click “Connect with Facebook”



A Facebook Window will appear



Provide your email and password



Click “Log In”






Click on the Facebook page or group

you want to import to Hootsuite.

Then Click “Finished Importing”

This would appear



You have successfully imported these

FACEBOOK Profiles



Click on Streams



It has no stream yet…



Click on this to add a stream



Your stream has been added



Click more streams for your Facebook

account



To reposition the stream, hover your mouse to the

stream tab that you want to move



Hold your mouse and drag the stream tab. Like

this.



Your moved stream is now in anew

position.

You can do the adding and

repositioning of streams in all

the social media accounts you

import to Hootsuite.



To create a Facebook Page Tab,

Click this




Type the Facebook Group Tab Name

Click one of your Facebook Pages



This should appear



To add a stream, click one of these



Your stream has been added



Click more streams for your Facebook

page account

Lets now add Twitter






This will appear

Click “Add a Social Network”






Click “Connect with Twitter”




Input your Twitter username and password



Click “Authorize app”



You will be directed back here



Your Twitter account is now connected to

Hootsuite



To create a Twitter Tab, hover your

mouse here



This will appear



Click “Streams”



You’ll be directed back here



Click



Name the Twitter Tab

You now have a Twitter Window in Hootsuite



To add a stream, click any of these tabs



A stream has been added



Click more streams for your Twitter

account



So far, so good!



Two social networks are now on your

Hootsuite.

Let’s import one more!



From your Hootsuite Dashboard, click

“Add A Social Network”






Click “LinkedIn”



Click “Connect with LinkedIn”






Input your LinkedIn email and password



Like This



Click “Allow access”






Click Finished Importing

You’ll be directed back to your

Hootsuite Dashboard



You have successfully connected your

LinkedIn Account






Click Streams



Lets create a LinkedIn Tab By Clicking

Name your LinkedIn Tab



This window appears

Click your LinkedIn Account



To add a LinkedIn stream, click any of these



A stream has been added



You now have all your social

media account imported



What’s next?



We will now send a

message to all the social

media accounts using

Hootsuite.

Click on the drop down arrows for the

preferred time.



Click Schedule



A “Scheduled” Stream would appear and you’ll see the

scheduled message you made
