» Listed as one of Property Week’s ‘Best Places to Work in Property’ for the fourth year running and highly commended at the Property Awards for Professional Team of the Year.

» Made 45 promotions across the business and appointed three new Heads of Service.

» 12 people passed their APC to become RICS accredited Chartered Surveyors.

» Our first Engineer to go through the Hollis CIBSE training scheme, has successfully passed his exams to become a Chartered Engineer.

» Celebrated one year of business in Exeter, five years in Madrid and Liverpool and 20 years in Leeds and Glasgow.

» Launched our virtual due diligence offering. Combining our H360 virtual tour technology with market-leading technical due diligence expertise to allow owners, asset managers, buyers and their advisers to view all the information about a property in one interactive, digital platform from anywhere in the world.

In a year full of change, we’ve continued learning, adapting and innovating to bring new solutions to our clients and stay ahead of the real estate curve. We’ve also worked hard to maintain who we are and what we stand for, from sustainability and diversity to employee wellbeing. Here are a few of our highlights from 2020.

» Continued as a partner of EG’s mental health programme which was launched last year to promote positive mental health – in property’s own workplaces and in the buildings and places our industry creates.

» Managed over 5,800 instructions for clients.

» Our project Edward Pavilion in Liverpool was shortlisted for four awards.

» Appointed a Junior Board comprising ten employees working across different functions in support of a more collaborative, open and diverse approach to our decision making and engagement.
