Q1. Write a job application letter along with your curriculum vitae for a job that you aspire for.

Q2. Write an article on any one ofthe following topics:

a. Travelling is Education in itself.

b. The real sense of discovery is not seeing new places but in seeing with new eyes.

c. The end of innocence?d. The longest voyage you can take is perhaps deep within yourself.

e. We respect men who respect women.

N.B: The holiday homework should be done in the English notebook.

Prepare a detailed project based upon Principles of management . It may include meaning &

significance of principles of management. Also visit an organization and give the implications of

Fayol & Taylor principles of management in such organisation.

1. Do a bird /animal study in colour on half imperial art sheet.

2. Make one picture composition on any topic in pencil / oil pastels/ dry pastels on half imperial art sheet.

3. Paint a Landscape, Seascape or Hillscape in colour using oil /dry pastels.

12. Music

Prepare project on raga-Desh,Bhimpasi, Bhirav with Bandish and Taal.

Describe also raga parichaya-Aroha,Avroha, Pakad,Jaati, Time, Thaat,murki, kan ,gamak.

13. Physical Education

Project Work (Major Game)

Prepare a project file (use only hard bound two hole file) that should have arrangement of one ruled

and one blank sheet (Alternately). The file should be prepared as per the following topics

Brief History of the Selected game (stick general pictures related to your sports)

Court/Field/Ground dimensions (stick court/filed/ground picture)

Equipments and their specifications (stick equipments pictures)

Fundamentals of the game (stick fundamentals movements picture as per skills)

Major rules of the game (any general pictures of the games can be used)

Signs/signals of the referee (pictures of the referees signal)

Five Indian/international personalities brief achievements (stick their photos)

Names of the major tournaments/trophies/championships of the game

Names of the Arjuna/ Dronacharya awardees names (stick their photos)

Note File should be prepared on hard paper so sticking of pictures should not distort it. Sticking

good pictures are essential, only text files will not be accepted in any condition.

14.Psychology

CBSE norms. It should be objective in nature with the use of case study performa as well as some

PROJECT: Harappan Civilisation (power point presentation with notes)

OBJECTIVE: *Familiarize the learner with the history of urban centres in around 2500BCE.

* Understand how urban histories can be written by drawing on different types of

sources.

RESOURCE: NCERT CLASS XII HISTORY BOOK PART-I(chapter-1)INSTRUCTION:

The student is required to read the chapter and refer to the resource links to create a

power point presentation on the topics and subtopics given below.

The presentation should contain illustration/ pictures/data supporting the viewpoints

expressed.
