Technical Name: Rotogravure Printed, Biaxially Orientated Woven Polypropylene Bags Day by day the technology is taking a step forward in printing standards of woven polypropylene bags. We offer the latest technology in printing of Woven Polypropylene Bags (WPP Bags). This process is a bit different from the Flexographic printing in which the desired image/words were being transferred directly onto the WPP rolls / bags / fabric; where as in this process a thin film of BOPP is passed through Gravure process to obtain the sharp and accurate image and then laminated onto the WPP Bag. It can be produced in glossy and matt finishes; amongst which mostly demanded is glossy finish. STP produces the fabric in a tubular form where the film is laminated to the fabric on both sides / single side according to requirement. PP/HDPE WOVEN BAGS / SACKS - with / without liner

Technical Name: Polypropylene / High Density Polyethylene woven sacks / bags sand bags

STP offers, sand bags that are stabilized by Ultra Violet Stabilization which provides durability in nature, so as to avoid tearing problems. Different design patterns in form of different colour straps can be offered for easy identification purposes if required. PP Woven Sand Bags are used for the purposes when rivers threaten to over-flood, field fortification by military, shielding glass windows in war zones and ballast. Advantages are that these bags and sand are inexpensive and that the bags can be brought in empty and can be filled with local sand or soil. The most common size for sandbags is 14 x 26 inches. This suggested dimension of a sand bag, when filled with sand, is not too heavy to lift and can be moved into desired place easily. Technical Name: Polypropylene / High Density Polyethylene woven sacks / bags valve bags for automated filling plants We offer custom manufactured, Valve Bags. It owns an opening or Valve in one corner through which the bag is filled. The valve is made with an inner flap which functions as a self-closing check valve after filling. It is available with a plain valve or with an extended inner sleeve. If an extended "tuck-in sleeve" is used, the sleeve is manually folded down and back into the pocket under the sleeve for positive closure against sifting. These bags have tiny air holes so called as perforation that allow the product to breath, enhancing the shelf life of the products. The valve bag includes a bag body having a valve end portion, the valve end portion constructed to form a filling passage in which a valve sleeve is inserted. The valve sleeve has a first end extending into the interior of the valve bag and a second end extending exteriorly from the bag body. A valve protection member is secured to the second end. Technical Name: Polypropylene / High Density Polyethylene woven sacks / bags Inside Laminated PP Woven Gusset Bags have sides that expand; which allow to pack bulkier / large items. Generally, the fabric is obtained in circular form and thereafter by folding, an expandable pleat on both sides is formed and sewn through a seam to add breadth or reduce stress of bag on seams. The Gusseting of bags also improves the stacking ability. The seam of a gusseted bag eliminates bulging and protruding corners. It provides complete protection and extended shelf life to the products packed within it. We provide customization facility in terms of designs and colors. Gusseted bags create neat, squared bag ends. It also gives plenty of expansion space for square, odd-size or bulky items that do not fit well in a flat bag. We can also offer PP Woven Gusseted - BOPP Laminated Bags (single side / double side) which offers a distinct look, staking ability with option of clear gusset space (expandable pleats) to easily identify the material. Weaving process through looms

are continuously monitored for

warp and wefts insertions and for

any defective or punctured

weaving, mesh size and desired

output in terms of tubular / flat

weaving. Quality analyst checks

the strength of fabric produced

and the weight is measured. GSM,

mesh and other technicalities are

checked to verify the out-product.

Lamination gives the next input for

visual inspection. Job of finishing

section then has to be monitored

by quality analyst for; weight and

length of pieces been parted

through heat cutting / laser

cutting for the required weights /

length sizes. Printing analyst puts

an eye while printing the lot.

Visual inspection is made, to verify

the eye-catching results of 4 color

printing machine. Corona

treatment is provided on optional

basis. Cutting section analysts also

inspects weaved material for

weaving faults if any; prior to send

the fabric for stitching. 100%

checking is done, in post stitching

section, when the bag attains its

final shape. Bags are analyzed

after stitching section’s role is

over. Valve size / length / width /

weight and strength are analyzed

for respective adequacy desired.
