6. Scanned copies of DDs / bank guarantee to be upluaded alung with the bid. Bids withoui original EMD shall not be opened and will be rejected out rightly. The original DD and BG against EMD is to be submitted to the office of Chief Engineer (ES), HPSEB L td. Hamirpur (H.P), before opening of tender.

7. The bids shall be opened on the scheduled date & time in the presence of Bidder's authorized representatives, who wish to be present at the time of bid opening in the office of the Chief Engineer (ES), HPSEB Ltd. Hamirpur (H.P).

8. QUALIFYING REQUIREMENTS FOR BIDDER; i) The bidder should be either Manufacturer or authorized dealer of Original Instrument and proof for either of the two will be submitted before purchase of the Tender documents duly authenticated by the competent authority. ii) The bidder should have supplied the Instrument to Indian Power utilities and the Instrument should have satisfactory performance for the last two years.

9. Pre Bid meeting: A pre bid meeting, if required, will be held 7 days before the date of opening of the Techno commercial Bid in the office of Chief Engineer (ES), HPSEB Ltd. Hamirpur (H.P). to clarify to bidders the exact scope of work and any clarifications required by the prospective bidder. The Cameras being procured under this Specification are required to be used at various sites of EHV system i.e Substations as well as Transmission lines in HPSEBL under Electrical System, Circle, Hamirpur I Shimla.
