From my perspective we had a great overall event experience. You and the rest of the team, including Caleb, were always on hand to answer my (many!) questions quickly, and on the day everyone at the Hilton knew

what they were doing and didn’t need prompting which is always a plus in my eyes!

In terms of feedback from the guests it was really positive. They loved the younger, more modern feel of the venue and the food went down really well – so no complaints from my end about anything!

The Hilton London Bankside is an exceptional hotel with an ideal location for attendees and guests. The entire hotel staff is welcoming from when you walk in the door to check-out. The meeting staff is extremely

knowledgeable and helpful from pre-planning to execution of the program. The AV technology is a step above what most hotels offer.

Our attendees were pleased with the central location of the hotel. Being on the side with the London Eye, the location offers a quick walk across the river to all the historic areas that London is known for but allows

people to explore the many restaurant options and developing Bankside area.
