Scene 1(Late at night in the PresidentialBorder Watch Station.)

Guard on watch sits in a screen filled room, hesets a plain coffee mug, onto a well wornbeverage coaster, there are other employees inthe background and the foreground.

(An alarm beeps)

Guard keys his mike.
