Located on the terrace level of the Inn, the Wade Hampton Room, which takes its name
from the property’s original owner and former Civil War General Wade Hampton III, can
accommodate up to 150 individuals. Completely refurbished, the Wade Hampton Room
bringing the rustic mountain surroundings indoors with warm earth tones, hard wood
floors, and photography.
Standard Site Fee: $900.00, discounted to $450 per day when reserved for
multiple days
Set-up/Breakdown Fees: $40.00 per man hour

A/V Equipment: $90.00 per day
Refreshment Breaks: $8.50 per person

THE PAVILION
Brings the rustic mountain surroundings indoors with warm earth tones, chandeliers,
new window treatments, and wood-beamed ceilings. It can accommodate up to 150
classroom style and 200 guests theater style, while its patio, with stunning mountain
views, is perfect for smaller breakout sessions, a cocktail reception or post-dinner get-
together.
Standard Site Fee: $3,500.00, discounted to $1,750.00 per day if you
book your ceremony reception with us
Set-up/Breakdown Fees: $40.00 per person/hour

Refreshment Breaks: $8.50 per person

ROCK MOUNTAIN ANNEX
Located on the terrace level of the High Hampton Inn, beside the Rock Mountain Tavern.
The room has six windows that provide the room with natural light. It can accommodate
up to twelve people boardroom style and fifteen people classroom style. This room is
perfect to small intimate meetings or breakout sessions.
Standard Site Fee: $300.00 per day
Set-up/Breakdown Fees: $40.00 per man hour to setup & breakdown
A/V Equipment: $90.00 per day
Refreshment Breaks: $8.50 per person
Service Charge: 20%

A unique outdoor dining venue for these dinners is the lakeside Picnic Area. Tucked
away among towering mountain laurels and rhododendrons like a secret garden, the
Picnic Area offers stunning views of Rock and Chimney Top Mountains, Hampton Lake,
and a lovely stone fireplace that is perfect for after dinner s’mores.
