Wool layerWool is recognized as the most resilient natural fiber on earth, with outstanding comfort and insulating properties. Heavens use finely chopped sheep’s wool non-woven material. This material retains heat. It has been especially chemically treated against microorgan-isms.

Cotton fabric Cotton provides good air-circulation and right micro-climate. “Aloe Vera” treatment gives the fragrant touch to the fabric. Heavens use reinforced cotton fabric for sides and cotton stretch fabric for the surface of the mattress.

Natural non-woven cotton batting gives the mattress a great softness. Cotton is especially treated against the microorganisms.

Cotton layer

Non-woven material made of wool and acrylic fiber. Produced from recycled materials and used to protect soft upholstery materials from mechanical pressure of coils.

Batting

Provides the mattress with increased lightness, wrinkle resistance, and stability of forms. It preserves the reliable thermal protection of a body at low temperatures, and shows excellent hygienic and wear proof properties.In mattresses it serves as a filter – it doesn’t allow dust to filter on mattress surface. Sintepon is an anti-allergic material and is recommended for people who have allergic reaction on natural materials.

Sintepon

In mattresses latex provide flexibility, provides great support to the body and is natural material. The base for this material is obtained in tropical forests from rubber trees. Thanks to the special holes latex is a breathable material. The lifetime of latex is 25 years.

Latex

PolyurethaneIs used for corner strengthen-ing and in few mattresses and helps to sustain the regular shape of the mattress.

Coco coirThis material provide extra firmness, it is ecologically clean, hygienic and anti-allergic. Finely teared palm fiber are formed into homogeneous breathable layers and in order for fiber holding together, they are treated with a latex glue.

Wooden frame Fine Baltic pine or fir tree is used for the durable frame of the mattress. In the case, if you choose a mattress on wooden frame is possible to attach legs, headboard or mechanisms for laundry box. This is the easiest way of creating a comfortable bed according to your taste.

Hairlock The unique feature of this material is that it is a much more natural alternative, combining rubberized animal hair with natural latex. The resulting eco-friendly cushioning material o!ers good ventilation, durability and elasticity.
