If you eat from all of the foods in the food pyramid you will have a balanced diet. You also need to keep clean and to get your rest to stay healthy. You need to eat grains, vegetables, fruits, milk, meats and beans, and a small amount of oil for a healthy and balanced diet. -James

There are lots of different kinds of oil. Some of the different kinds of oil are: fish oil, olive oil, nut oil, canola oil and soy bean oil. Even though oil is not a food group, some oil is needed for good health. Oils are found in animals and plants.-Seth

If you eat too much candy it’s bad for your teeth. Do not eat too much cake; it will rot your teeth. It is all right to eat candy sometimes. Make sure to brush your teeth after eating sweets.-Matt
