The facilities includemedical office buildings (MOB), ambulatory care surgery centers, skilled nursing, cancertreatment centers and other ancillary services required to meet hospital needs.

When assessing opportunities for the development of healthcare facilities, Omni Westresearches the healthcare needs of those specific areas by analyzing socioeconomic anddemographic trends, competitor presence, as well as historical healthcare utilization,patient migration trends and county health status indicators.
