Job responsibilities Responsible for the entire compliance segment for merchant banking activities. Should have a thorough understanding of the merchant banking regulations with timely reporting to SEBI.

Work experience Should have handled the compliance function in previous assignment with in depth knowledge of merchant banking activities. Candidates must have total minimum experience of 10 to 15 years. Further, the candidate must have earlier worked as Compliance Officer for a minimum period of 3-5 years in some renowned organization engaged in the business of Merchant Banking and managing Public issues/ Follow-on Issues/Right Issues

Experience in Product areas • Monitoring compliance of Act, rules and regulations, notifications, guidelines, instructions, etc., related to Capital Market including redressal of investors’ grievances;

• Redressal of Investor Grievances; • Monitoring Compliance of rules and Regulations,

guidelines, instructions , etc. In FDIs; • Handling MIS related to Capital Market Operations

including filing of different returns to SEBI; • Reporting to the Board on compliance in connections with

• Identifies potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk; develops/ implements corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues, and provides general guidance on how to avoid or deal with similar situations in the future.
