Our specialist team will be keen to assist you with both Import and Export customs declarations for FCL or LCL deep sea container movements.

WWe are directly linked to the Customs computer (CHIEF) allowing coverage at the following ports , ICDs and ERTS, Tilbury, Chatham, Thamesport, Reading, Liverpool, Southampton, Felixstowe, Dartford, Bristol, Manchester, Belfast, Immingham, London Gateway, Hull and Sheerness.

Our unique 24/7 coverage allows us the flexibility to submit paperwork to Customs throughout the night and at weekends meaning containers clearing through us are being cleared as soon as they arrive and are not sitting on quay awaiting an agent’s Customs entry.

European Road Freight

Our extensive knowledge of Customs Clearance procedures allows us to offer a comprehensive range of services for importers, exporters and freight forwarders alike. With direct links to Customs we can manage your DTI import and export EAD and NCTS declarations at all major Ro/Ro ferry ports throughout the UK. Intrastat

Intrastat is the system for collecting statistics on the physical movement of goods between the UK and the other European Union (EU) countries. Importers and exporters who trade with the EU have a legal obligation to submit monthly declarations for Intrastat purposes. Harbour Shipping can undertake these declarations on your behalf. AATR/EUR1 Endorsement

From our office George Hammond PLC offer the facility of endorsing both ATR and EUR1 movement certificates under their agreement between the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers and HM Revenue and Customs.
