We are neither a vineyard nor a

winery, but we do “produce” the very

best boutique wines from the most venerated

Israeli and Italian winemakers.

For many years, our company was aging to perfection

in a wise man's heart. Or, if you will, in his “barrel” chest.

Then, in 2007, it ripened. Happy Hearts Wine was uncorked.

Its sweet notes and tantalizing aromas flowed freely. And it

captured the world’s taste buds.

The idea was always quite simple; it just meant dealing with

complex products. Bringing in wines from Israel is an effortless

import/export matter. It is the selection and the complexity of our wines

that makes our notion a striking one.

Wines have been pouring in to all corners of the globe ever since. But only

Odem Mountain Winery,

Israel’s northernmost

winery, was founded by the

Alfasi family. Situated in the

Golan Heights, the Odem

Winery lies in the heart of an

enchanting, remote oak forest,

at 1100m above sea level.

Odem Mountain Winery was

established by Edith & Michael

Alfasi in 2003, after many

years of planning they shared

the dream of cultivating the

Golan, along with the younger

generation, to produce an

impressive array of high

Full-bodied with firm tannin, the

aroma and flavors of Volcanic

Cabernet Sauvignon-Merlot are

those of ripe black fruits and vanilla,

reinforced by hints of roots and

earthiness.


Volcanic Cabernet Sauvignon was

aged in fine French oak barrels

for 12 months, a process resulting

in a deep ruby colored wine. Full-

bodied with firm tannins, flavors

once released are of blackberries,

blueberries, vanilla and mint, leaving a

long bold finish.

In the NEGEV deserts lies a

in the early 90’s.

Strengthened by the rich

Hameshubach

This wine is a blend of 60% Cabernet

Sauvignon, 35% Merlot, and 5%

Petite Verdot. It was aged 16 months in

French oak barrels. This well-balanced

blend of the highest quality grapes is

most enjoyable. Its full body with a hint

of spiciness in the beginning turning into

a fruity paradise of berries with a long

finish, is truly unique.
