Here at Hannah Williamson we are really passionate about supporting British manufacturing. Our entire collection of cushions, throws, bedspreads and home accessories are all lovingly handmade at our workshop in Yorkshire, and we are very proud of this, especially as the founder Hannah is Yorkshire born and bred!

We love gorgeous textiles and making beautiful home products, and where better to do this than in Great Britain! Buying British is extremely important to us, so, where possible, we have used locally woven fabrics and accessories to support British manufacturing. All our collections have been put together using timeless British design influences but still remaining very commercial and accessible to all home interiors styles.

For our current collections we have concentrated on using locally woven wool for the majority of the products. We want to help support local traditional industry, but also, we are in complete admiration of the dedication, craftsmanship and skill that countless generations of workers have brought to this wonderful fabric. As well as this, wool is one of the most environmentally friendly and sustainable of fibres.

We also want to use as many other natural fabrics in our products, so as well as wool we are using locally produced cotton velvet, and all our cushion pads are made out of luxurious down-proofed cotton and have a natural feather filling.
