*If you need pick-up from the airport, please send your flight details to the CC by 11th Nov. ** The dinner time on 16th will be for free excursion, you can choose to visit different places in the city with your new made friends and shop for souvenirs, feel free to approach one of the CC for destination suggestion, or you can choose to join a dinner organised by the CC at Katara, a local cultural village. (Fee for the dinner is not covered, and will be around QR 30-50, but we will provide transportation) !

Check-in & Registration Make sure you hand in all the fee to the chief delegate (delegate fee QR750, cancellation fee QR550 and visa fee QR350), we will collect only the total sum of a countryʼs fee, but not individually. !!Once we have received the total fee of the country delegation, the CC will arrange you all to check-in in the hotelʼs counter according to the room allocation.!!

Check-in & Registration Chief delegate will be responsible for the registration of the countryʼs delegation. !!Please approach the CC once youʼve arrived the hotel and hand in the fee for your countryʼs delegation (delegate fee QR750, cancellation fee QR550 and visa fee QR350)!!Please make sure you have all the delegate fee, cancellation fee (if any) or else the whole delegation wonʼt be able to check in.!!After handing in the fee, the CC will arrange the delegates for room allocation and hotel check-in.!!

Qatari Night Enjoy a traditional Qatari night with us! We will be hosting a Qatari dinner at the Qatar Creativity Center in a majlis setting.!!During the dinner, you can experience traditional activities like the Henna Tattoo and Qatari performance. Volunteers from The Qatar Creativity Center will also be presenting about Qatari Culture!!!Be prepare to fully immerse in the Qatari Culture!!

Special Events

Katara “Katara” , a local cultural village which is home to many international and Arab restaurants, a beautiful beach, and holds many cultural events. !!On the 16th night, it will be a time of free excursion, you can choose to tour around the city, or join us for a dinner in Katara. You can walk along the Katara beach or visit one of the exhibition here. The fee of the dinner is not covered by the delegate fee, but we will provide transportation to Katara.!!For exhibition details, visit: http://www.katara.net/english/!!

Special Events

Study Tour

Desert Safari Ride in a 4 x 4 and go for an adventure in the desert! !!Enjoy dune bashing and a breathtaking trip across the desert & over the sand dunes. You will also be travelling to the marvels inland sea area near the Qatar, Saudi Arabia boarders. There will be a desert permanent camp located on the crystal sandy beaches, where you can enjoy the view of the sand dunes, the beach, have a swim, sand skiing or relax along the beach. All this while the professional chef is preparing the BBQ for you! The camp is equipped with Bedouin style tents, carpeted and with traditional seating, sweet water for showers, and bathrooms. Enjoy Camping all night!"
