Why should we Visit Antequera?

Antequera, the ancient Roman Antikira is a chest that closes on itself to save aheritage filled with jewels of diverse eras and epochs.

Starting from time immemorial in which men did not exist but was alread formed

The karst park of the Torcal.

Antequera. &l !orcal is one of the largest karst rock scener in &urope, the natural

action of wind and water have characteri'ed this area with rock formations that

make implausible and incredible imagination.

&l !orcal is an outdoor museum of modern art, in which we highlight formations

The Collegiate Church of Santa Maria Maggiore

Another interesting element of the cit is its beautiful churches, Antequera was oneof the most important cities of the Arab world in deca iberico taifas and its

Antequera's Churchs

Antequera was one of the most important religious cities of Spain and this is

hermit, a debtor in the sixteenth centur, who was entrusted to the ;irgin of the

*agdalene and that dream a church that eventuall became one of the convents ofthe most importants of the cit. !o this da it is possible to visit it inside because it

was renovated to a hotel.
