Corporate Profile • With its years of experience GSS enhanced its capabilities to address the
needs of the customers in both the product and services space and thus created OASIS, its own Application development Framework, the flagship product of the company, to create applications in the Content Based Transaction Processing space catering to Enterprise Class Automation Applications across verticals.
Genesis of GSS• The founder and Managing Director, Mr. Sekar Ponniah is a passionate
technocrat with more than 30 years of experience in the IT industry including a decade gained from the forefront of the IT boom of United States in the 90’s in the banking, healthcare and logistics domain.
• Global Software Solutions (TVL) Pvt. Ltd. (GSS) was incorporated in 2000.
Genesis of GSS• Image digitization and its application is the core domain of the Company,
the Company brought out its Veracious e-Payment Suite (ChequeTruncation System) as its first product which was recognized by the Reserve Bank of India. GSS partnered with IBM, among few other vendors and was a part of RBI’s pan India CTS rollout.
Genesis of GSS• Installations were made in Banks in USA, India, Bangladesh, Kenya,
Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda and South Sudan, many versions evolved to suit the versatile needs of the customers by exposing the product to multiple environments. The implementations that followed, gave rich experience to the company in the domain.
Genesis of GSS• The Company envisioned a Content Eco System, as its future course and
evolved, creating a new product in the Content Based Transaction Processing Space. Continued Research and Developmental efforts, the focused drive to become the market leader soon, resulted in the Company developing its own philosophy of Content Eco System.
