LimeCitrus aurantifolia

• Antioxidant, anti-carcinogenic, antibiotic and detoxifying properties.

• High Vit C

• helps lower cholesterol.

• Anti-congestive - scratch the peel (relieves congestion, nausea)

• relieves arthritis - Anti-inflammatory and dissolves uric acid

• Women's health - calcium and folate - two nutrients important for post-menopausal women and women of child-bearing age.

• Used in India for at least 2500 years. Marco Polo, in 1280, mentioned turmeric in notes of his travels in China

• flavour resembles a combination of ginger and pepper

• help ward off dementia and reduce your risk of cancer, reduces arthritis pain, menstrual pain, heartburn, gallstones, and stomach ulcers.
