Stage 1 – on one page proforma with overview of the project and costings – used to determine eligibility and fit with programme.

Stage 2 – Full business plan with costings demonstrating strategic fit, value for money and outcome

Stage 1 review

• Opportunity to submit 2-3 times per year• Reviewed by a panel• Must meet pre defined criteria to progress• Turnaround within 30 working days
