PURE-Steam is an eco-friendly, hygienic cleaning method for air handling equipment including the cabinet, blower assembly, drain pan and especially the coils. It uses high temperature, low pressure steam in combination with bio enzyme treatments to thoroughly remove fouling and disinfect the unit.

PURE-Steam kills bacteria/viruses, removes particulate/biofilm buildup, adds CFM/Cooling and best of all provides tremendous energy savings!

Before installing any PURE-Plasma device you will need to ensure that the HVAC system is clean with good baseline conditions. After all, why would you invest in new technology and equipment only to put its operation at a deficit from the start?  We have two main services to address this need.

PURE-Duct is an IAQ focused, hygienic cleaning of the air conveyance system, including VAV terminals. It uses a combination of HEPA filtered Negative Air Machines (NAM), compressed air, HEPA vacuums and rotobrushes to effectively remove harmful particulates and allergens.

Additionally, the ductwork can be disinfected using electrostatic spray. Ductboard can also be encapsulated to prevent degradation and the spread of fiberglass particles through the system.

Our PURE-Plasma Needlepoint Bipolar Ionization solutions include equipment for small residential equipment to large commercial HVAC equipment.

Much like sunlight does in the atmosphere, PURE-Plasma technology produces a natural bio-climate rich in positive and negative oxygen ions. The negative ions contain an extra electron while the positive ions are missing an electron resulting in an unstable condition. In an effort to re-stabilize, these bipolar ions seek out atoms and molecules in the air to trade electrons with, effectively neutralizing particulate matter, bacteria and virus cells, odorous gases and aerosols, and VOCs.
