Start from Smartpoint Terminal prompt.

Enter commands to launch SIMPLENIGHT GEP

Example: #SN17SEPTMADRID Means: Search Sept 17 in Madrid <Press Enter>

Browser launches, displays SN’s GEP Search Results

Step 4

Select an experience to see more details

Step 5

View products details, scroll down page

Step 6

Select preferred date

Step 7

Click Reserve button to view available ticket items

Step 8

Click Item Reserve button to view item details

Step 9

Follow item instructions, enter information, agree to terms.

Step 10

Add to Itinerary by pressing provided button

Step 11

To complete this transaction, click Check Out.

Step 12

All the Items you added appear in My Itinerary.

Step 13

Click Check Out to continue on to Credit Card Form.

Step 14

Enter Credit Card Information

Step 15

Agent Enters Information: It’s saved & retrieved automatically upon next session

Step 16

Click “I Agree” then “Send Payment” for said purpose

Step 17

Transaction record is written into passive segment of the PNR

Step 18

SIMPLENIGHT PNR button appears, click to view remarks

Link Provided, redirects user to transaction details in Itinerary
