TECHNICAL DRAW

The base of this console captures the essence of a fig tree made by metal cast from the branches itselves, which

supports the top. The top is lacquered composed by two drawers with Purpleheart wood veneer in the interior lined

by metal rim.

FINISHING AVAILABLE – Branches in brass, copper or nickeled. The top in lacquer finishing available in all

RAL colours. Matt or gloss finishing.

Directly from inner woods the branch base presents a non-symmetrical equilibrium original from Nature essence

branched metal handle deceives us, they make us think it is impossible to open the doors.

Exhales dynamic of wild branches counters around the reflection of the mirrors. Metal molded cast vine branches

are the frames that hold the glass giving the illusion of floating. The reflection is a mixture of nature and

self-image.

FINISHING AVAILABLE – Frame available in brass, copper or nickeled. Back frame of two mirrors in RAL 3004. Other RAL colour subject to approval.

PRICINGWe reserve the right, without prior notice, to discontinue products or change specifications and prices on products. Prices always refer to one unit, are in euros, exclude VAT and are Ex Factory in Porto, Portugal. Packaging is always included in our price; however if the customer requires specific packaging, they will be charged accordingly. ACCOUNTS & ORDER TERMSAll accounts will be opened as pro-forma. Open credit terms will be considered on a case by case basis after the first pro-forma order. Pro-forma orders will require a 50% deposit with the order and the balance prior to shipping from Portugal. All pieces are the property of Ginger & Jagger until payment in full is received. Ginger & Jagger reserves the right to defer the dispatch date until the balance of the order is received.

LEAD TIMEFor pieces with custom specifications or orders of large quantities we reserve the right to agree with the customer on a time of delivery. Standard lead time is 5-6 weeks.

FREIGHTCollect by the carrier of the customer’s own choice unless otherwise stated on the order.

FREIGHT POLICY & DAMAGE CLAIMSTitle passes to the purchaser at the time the goods are picked up by the carrier in Portugal. All products are carefully packed and inspected prior to shipment. The refusal of damaged merchandise in no way relieves the purchaser of responsibility for payment of goods. We are not responsible for loss or damage in transit. Should visible or concealed damage occur in transit, immediately notify the delivering carrier with initial notification of intent to file a claim. Please note: Failure to report concealed damage within fifteen days of receipt will result in the denial of your claim. Any damage should also be communicated to Ginger & Jagger during the first 48 hours after receiving the order; photographic evidence of the damages should be sent via email to support@gingerandjagger.com

RETURN AUTHORIZATIONNo returns will be accepted without written consent from Ginger & Jagger. Unauthorized returns will be refused at the customer own expenses.

ORDER CANCELLATIONProducts are manufactured upon the receipt of the order and deposit. Cancellations will not be accepted after 5 working days from the order issue date. A 30% restocking fee will be applied to any cancellations received after the order issue date.

or new products to meet contract specifications.These orders will necessitate special pricing based on quantity and
