About Us

Greenfield Global Inceptis (GGI) Limited is a consortium of International and local companies incorporated in 2012 and headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria. It started as a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) for the purpose of creating a world class Sustainable Resort City in Nigeria to be located on the 3,000Ha Osolu Islands. This project will be Africa's first privately built & managed resort city & is a project estimated to be worth in excess of some USD10 Billion upon completion of first phase alone and last over the next 10years. Our company has evolved into a strategic amalgamation of some of the world's best professionals in Design, Engineering, business development & Mega Project Development.

Otunba Adeleke Adesina – Chairman

• Otunba F. A. Adesina has been working in the Building industry for over forty one (41) years. He was employed as a project manager in Interstate Architects in 1972 and became an Associate in 1974 and a Partner in 1976, the position he held till January 1987, when he became the Managing Director of the company. He was the Managing Director until January 2001 when he took over as the Chairman and chief executive

• He is a graduate of the Yaba College of Technology Lagos, University of South London where he received Diploma in Highway Engineering, Building and Architectural Technology between 1966 and 1968; he also has a 2 year post-graduate degree from the South Western University, Washington DC. He is a Fellow and corporate Member of the Nigerian Institute if Building and Council of Registered builders of Nigeria (CARBON), a Licentiate Member of the British Chartered Institute of Building, British Institute of Building in Site Management, British Institute of Municipal Technological Engineers. He is a Christian man and patron to many Christian organisations, a worthy role model, and the pioneering president of Association of Friends club, a member of Metropolitan, Ikoyi and Island clubs. Felix Achibiri - Vice Chairman

• Felix Achibiri is the visionary and executive chairman/founder of DFC Holdings Limited a privately owned internationally diversified African company, his entrepreneurial conquest spans over 17 years having as his core skills Leadership, Business Conceptualisation, Development and Strategy. Prior to the setup of DFC Holdings, Felix was the Pioneer Managing Director/CEO of Rural Steel Bridging Limited, a Company that specializes in the design, supply, construction and commissioning of galvanized modular steel bridges in Nigeria with associated infrastructure with Technical support from Messrs US Bridge of Cambridge, Ohio, U.S.A. a renowned global name in the design and manufacturing of steel bridges and general infrastructure.

Oluwatobi Fakayode – Acting Chief Executive

• Oluwatobi is a visionary. Through the years he has been renown for his revolutionary mind, out-of-the box thinking, and anti-status quo approach to life. He took up a 5 year Consultancy project for the real estate developers association of Nigeria (REDAN) and has since been responsible for the recent upgrade of the Association, where he has introduced various systems that have served $Billions in past, ongoing & pipe housing projects resulting in thousands of housing units all over Nigeria while working closely with the association’s President, National Secretary & over 200 developers all over the nation. He is a visioneer & serial entrepreneur. This is evident in his profile as founding executive in so many organizations such as Lighthouse Capital Investment Consulting, Global Digital Systems, Black Stallion Marketing International, and Michael & Johnson Properties & Investments Ltd, one of the most ambitious a real estate companies on the continent.

He is highly intuitive with great interpersonal relationship skills enabling the maximization of individual performance. When he arrived Nigeria after the Summit he founded the National Youth Economic Summit and the Nigerian Youth Merit Awards. He was also a consultant to Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN) & Nigerian Boxing Board of Control where he was responsible for a holistic restructuring of the organization.

Sola Adesina – Chief Technical Officer

• Sola Adesina is a revolutionary and strategic thinker who brings over 20+ years of experience in architectural practice all over Europe and Africa to bare. He is the Head of Compliance and business development in Interstate Architects and has since been responsible for corporate restructuring of the over 40 year old organization.

• Sola is a bold change agent, out of the box thinker and an astute technocrat. He brings to bare all these qualities to the GGI team

Dr Iain Gray- Mega Project Manager

• Dr. Ian Gray has been active in the worldwide construction industry since 1960, developing multi-level, a full range of management work involved in the housing construction industry while working full-time. He is an expert with degrees from the following Well-known universities in Australia, Monash University in 1972 a Bachelor of Surveyors degree, another well-known universities in Australia in 1974 where he obtained a master’s degree in construction techniques from the university of New South Wales and a PhD in 1978.

• Dr. Gray is responsible for a number of housing constructions in Australia and Southeast Asia, his experience in these projects covers the overall project planning, design and supervision of the overall construction management and engineering related fields job. From 1972 to 1976, his main projects included urban planning and housing design and construction work for the Housing and Development Board of South Australia, and on behalf of the Australian Government to complete the construction of hundreds of houses, schools and hospitals. Between 1976 and 1990 in Malaysia, he was responsible for the comprehensive planning of a number of major integrated tourism resort hotel and golf course all over Europe, Austalia & Asia

• Dr Gray has been formally engaged by GGI and will be the primary executive project manager for the Osolu Island Project. He is married with Children & grandchildren & has commenced the process of relocating to Nigeria for the sustainable cities projects of the organization. He is the official Project Manager for the company's Mega Projects

Barrister Denis Dema- Company Secretary

• Denis is a law graduate with a Bachelors degree from the Manchester Metropolitan University and a Masters degree in Maritime and International Business Transactions from the Southampton University both in the UK. He was called to the Nigeria Bar in 1986 and has over twenty years’ experience in corporate legal practice.

• He served as Legal Services Manager and Company Secretary at NAFCON (a joint venture fertilizer company between MW Kellogg of Texas, USA and the Federal Government of Nigeria) where he was extensively involved in joint venture negotiations for the BOT of the NAFCON Plant and became ultimately responsible for the administrative and personnel management of over 1500 staff.

• He has been in private legal practice as a corporate legal consultant for over thirteen years offering diverse legal services to companies in the oil and gas, power generation, media publications, manufacturing, environment, logistics and education sectors. As well as serving as a Legal Consultant to the DFC and Fugro Groups, he is also a partner in a firm of legal consultants providing company secretarial services and legal expertise in venture and enterprise structuring, regulation and compliance management, international commercial transactions, industrial relations, board and managerial counselling, and public private partnerships.

• The Osolu Island, which is located in Ojo local government, Lagos, is one of the choicest real estate property in Lagos state & perhaps the Largest & most exclusive landed property owned by One Single royal family. It is a cluster of 3 Island sitting on a little over 3,000Hectares bounded by the Badagry creeks and endowed with over 10% of the entire coastline/beachfront of Lagos State as it boasts of over 20.4km of pure virgin beach with a natural endowment of Palm trees. The ENTIRE Island is controlled by ONE KING; The King of Osolu Island, under which he houses over 40 villages who pay rent to the King annually.

• His Majesty, the King & Land owner has envisioned transforming the entire Osolu Islands into Nigeria's FIRST Incorporated (Private resort) City & has been working with his joint venture partner & investor (Greenfield Global Inceptis Ltd - www.gginceptis.com), a wholly owned Nigerian company) to make this dream a reality. Some Achievements

• The Power of Attorney on the 2,900Ha Land was officially vested on Lighthouse Capital Investment Consulting Ltd in March 2012

• LCIC Partnered with 2 other firms to create GGI Ltd which registered as a legal business entity April 2012

• JV Agreement between GGI Ltd & Osolu Royal Family was signed in July 2012, which vests the Titular interest of the Osolu Royal Family Land on GGI Ltd

• SPV btw Royal Family & GGI (called Osolu Island Development Company)was registered in August 2012,

• OIDC preliminary project package (City Masterplan, Investment teaser, business plan, financial model, etc) was completed in March 2013,

• Investment Memorandum was signed with Johns Hopkins Business School, Baltimore in April 2013,

• Land title (Registered Conveyance backed by Supreme Court Judgement) was secured in August 2013; &

• Land Valuation recently carried out by Ubosi Elleh & Co in April 2013 (& verified by SIAO) puts the present value of the Osolu Island at $1.2Billion (roughly N200Billion).

• Environmental Impact Assesment (SR & TOR) was secured in February 2014

• Technical Land Information pertaining to R&D was secured in March 2014 (which includes, Ariel Photograph on Osolu Island & Environs at 0.1m resolution, LidAR Information of the Island and environs, Bathymetric Survey on the entire sorrounding waterbodies, and Seamless GIS Application

PS: So far, over $12,000,000 have been spent on Research & development alone

2. The King’s Resort,

Kuje, Abuja

Background

• The King’s Resort, Abuja is a group of 3 estates in Kuje Area Council, Abuja sitting collectively on 225,000sqm (22.5 Hectares) of Land. It is residential resort designed to serve the teeming population in the Federal capital Territory, Abuja. The Estates are comprised of (1) Royal Villa 1 - Which rests on 45,000sqm and serves the up market HNI with Semi-detached 3, 4 & 5 bedroom duplexes. This estate is designed to serve over 100 families at very affordable rates (2) Royal Villas 2 & 3 - which rests on 8.5 and 9.5Hectares respectively are designed for a total of 1,000 units of (1, 2, 3, & 4 bedroom) apartments in a row of several upscale high rise buildings.

Project Status

• Development agreement was signed with Land owner in 2013. The project is estimated to cost N12Billion and is expected to be delivered in 3 phases of 12 months each.

3. National Youth Village,

Games Village, Abuja

Background

• The National Youth Village is designed on a 35,000sqm piece of Land located in the Heart of Abuja city directly opposite the Games Village. The village project is designed to house the following; (a) A 3000 seater amphi theatre (2) 150 bed budget hostel (3) 70 rooms hotel (4) Shopping Mall - On one Part (24,000sqm) & (5) 100 units of (1, 2 & 3) bedroom apartments - On the Other Part (11,000sqm)

• The Land which is owned by the National Youth Council of Nigeria is set to be the headquarters of all major youth development activities in Nigeria as the NYCN is still the official umbrella body for all youth organizaions in Nigeria recognized by the federal Government of Nigeria with branches in every State and Local Government in Nigeria.

Project Status

• The development agreement was signed with the Leadership of the National Youth Council of Nigeria in August 2013, Project is estimated to cost about N8.5 Billion and construction period is expected to take 24 months

4. Michael’s Court Maryland, Lagos

Background

• Michael’s Court is designed on roughly 4,000sqm piece of Land located in the Heart of Maryland Lagos (adjacent the Customs Estate). The project Location presents such a rare opportunity in Lagos as it is 3 mins drive from major areas in Lagos such as Mobolaji bank-Anthony way, Ikorodu road, Ojota etc.
