The middle man is the one that has agreed to provide the customers to the company and they are now the ones that now have to worry about advertising and promoting the company to attract new customers. The middle-man is not limited to only promoting one company. They can work for several if they like and they normally do. They can even outsource some of the work to others and then pay them for helping them. This is how you fit into the equation.
