Subject: Invitation to the 4thNational Health Camp 25th September - 1st October 2019

Greetings from Jakarta,

It is our pleasure to informe that Gerakan Pramuka would like to invite your Scouts to participate in the4thNational Health Camp held in Cibubur Scout Camp Site, Jakarta, on 25th September - 1st October2019.

We expect around 200 overseas Scouts from different NSOs to participate.

Below is the detailed information of the 4thNational Health Camp 25th September - l " October 2019:

Date 25th September - 1stOctober 2019Participants are requested to arrive on 24th September 2019 at Soekarno-HattaInternational Airport, Jakarta. The airport listed as CGK or Cengkareng, the name ofairport's sub-district location. After the camp, participants may leave the camp siteon 2nd October 2019.

Cibubur Scout Camp Site (in Bahasa Indonesia: Bumi Perkemahan dan GrahaWisata or known as Buperta, Cibubur), Jakarta, a 210 hectares camp site managedby the Gerakan Pramuka since 1970s, located in South-East of Jakarta, 60 kilometersfrom Soekarno-Hatta International Airport - Jakarta.

"Millenials Health Generation for The Healthy Indonesia" (in Bahasa Indonesia:"Generasi Millenial Kesehatan Untuk Mewujudkan Indonesia Sehat").

US $150 (one hundred and fifty US Dollars) per person (Scouts and Leaders). Thefee covers meals, on site activities, off-site educational visits to places of interests,Jamboree souvenirs, inland transportation from and to Soekarno-Hatta InternationalAirport, inland transportation to and from off-site venues.

Note:a. Although we will provide tents, please consider to bring your own tents and

cooking utensils as backup just in case our tents and utensils are not compatiblewith your particular expectation or need.

b. We will provide medical team in case of emergency and early stage of medicaltreatment for participants and their leaders. However, please kindly prepare yourown full medical insurance coverage applicable in Indonesia through theirrepresentative or service-partner in Jakarta.

Estimated Participants: 4000 Indonesia Scouts and Leaders from 34 provinces of Indonesia, andaround 200 overseas participants.
