procedures. Developed and supervised theft and fraud investigations (both internal and external); scheduled, monitored and attended store merchandise physical inventory; store inventory preparation.

Developed the execution of safety programs within store to reduce the frequency of accidents/injuries to both associates and customers; partnered with human resources / store manager on appropriate discipline for safety related offenses.

induction of vehicles into maintenance shop, and maintenance of vehicle records.
