OFFICIAL RULESNOKIA OVI MAPS PROMOTION

THE FOLLOWING PROMOTION IS INTENDED FOR PLAY IN CANADA (EXCLUDING QUEBEC)ONLY AND SHALL BE CONSTRUED AND EVALUATED ACCORDING TO CANADIAN LAW. DONOT ENTER THIS PROMOTION IF YOU ARE NOT LOCATED IN CANADA (EXCLUDINGQUEBEC) AT THE TIME OF ENTRY.

1. ELIGIBILITY: NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER ORWIN. PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. The Nokia Ovi MapsPromotion (Promotion) is open to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) who are over theage of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry, and who have purchaseda Nokia handset prior to the start of the Promotion Period. Employees, officers and directors of Nokia,Inc. (Sponsor), its subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising, promotion, or productionagencies and Web masters/suppliers (and any individuals residing in their same household) are noteligible to participate or win. The Promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. Sponsorreserves the right, at any time, to verify eligibility requirements in any manner it deems appropriate. Byparticipating, participants agree to these Official Rules, which are final and binding in all respects. Voidwhere prohibited.

2. PROMOTION PERIOD: Promotion begins at 4:00:00 p.m. CDT on April 29, 2011 and ends at11:00:00 p.m. CDT on May 1, 2011 as described in Rule #4 (Promotion Period).

3. PROMOTION REGISTRATION: Log in to your Ovi Maps account through your mobile handset toparticipate. To sign up for a free Ovi Maps account, click on Sign in/Register athttp://maps.ovi.comand follow the onscreen instructions to register for a free Ovi account. You will be asked to provideyour date of birth, email address and mobile phone number and to set up a user name and password.You may also be invited to opt-in for promotional messaging; however, opt-in is not required in ordersign up for an Ovi Maps account or to be eligible to participate in the Promotion. YOU MUST REGISTER BY THE ABOVE REGISTRATION METHOD TO PARTICIPATE IN THISPROMOTION. OVI MAPS ACCOUNT REGISTRATION ALONE DOES NOT CONSTITUTE AS ANENTRY (AS DEFINED IN RULE #4) IN THIS PROMOTION.

4. TO PARTICIPATE: 1. During the Promotion Period, log in to your Ovi Maps account through yourmobile handset or at http://maps.ovi.com. Update your location status by clicking on Ready for nextcheck in and Update Places from the Ovi Maps screen (a Check In). You will be asked to Check Inby providing a Place Name and Category describing your current location. All locations must beaddresses recognized by Ovi Maps. Each individual Check In must include the hashtag #OviCheckInto be valid. Upon submission of your Check In, you will also be invited to post your check in to yoursocial media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) Posting to your social media account is optional. Youwill receive one (1) Entry into the Promotion for each Check In. 2. Enter by sending your name,address, phone number and email address via email to Nokia Ovi Maps Promotion atovimapscheckin@ovi.com(an Email Entry). All Email Entries must be received by 11:00:00pm CDTMay 1, 2011 to be eligible. Any other forms of Check In or Entry, other than described herein, are void.For purposes of this Promotion, a participant is defined as an Ovi Maps account holder, uniquelyidentified by his or her Ovi username. The Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete,misdirected, unintelligible or lost Check Ins or emails. Limit of one (1) Email Entry per person/emailaddress per 24 hour period. Limit of one (1) Check In entry per location per Ovi Maps account per 24-hour period. The Promotion Period will be made up of three 24-hour periods: 1) 5:00:00 p.m. to

11:59:59 p.m. CDT on April 29, 2011; 2) 12:00:00 a.m. to 11:59:59 p.m. CDT on April 30, 2011; and 3)12:00:00 a.m. to 11:00:00 CDT on May 1. Entrants may not register with multiple Ovi accounts oremail accounts nor may entrants use any other device or artifice to enter multiple times or undermultiple identities. Any entrant who attempts to enter with multiple Ovi accounts or email accountsunder multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to enter multiple times will be disqualified andforfeits any and all prizes won, in Sponsor's discretion. Should multiple users of the same Ovi Maps ore-mail account enter the Promotion and a dispute thereafter arises regarding the identity of theparticipant, the authorized account holder of said account at the time of participation will beconsidered the participant. Authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who isassigned the account by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organizationwhich is responsible for assigning the account. Potential winner may be requested to provide Sponsorwith proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the Ovi account or emailaccount associated with the winning Entry and/or an eligible entrant. All Entries submitted become thesole property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

5. WINNER SELECTION: The potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among alleligible Entries received on or about May 4, 2011, by an independent judging agency, whose decisionsare final and binding in all matters relating to this Promotion. Prizes cannot be transferred, redeemedfor cash or substituted, butSponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value atits sole discretion. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Check Ins received.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION/REQUIREMENTS: Potential winner will be contacted by email messageon or about May 6, 2011 to the email address as recorded in the potential winners Ovi Account andmust correctly answer unaided a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to win. Sponsor is notresponsible for any change in participant's email address.Potential winner may be required tocomplete, sign and return Declaration of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and where lawful, a PublicityRelease within seven (7) days of receipt of notification. If documents are not returned in a timelymanner, or if the prize notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable, or if a winner is found to beineligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, prize may be forfeited.

7. PRIZES/ODDS: Grand Prize (1): Nokia N8 mobile phone, Approximate Retail Value (ARV)$431.00 CAD. No mobile phone service will be provided. First Prizes (2): Nokia Ovi Maps Prize

Pack, including one (1) bookbag, one (1) t-shirt, one (1) Nokia Bluetooth Headset BH-217 and one (1)insulated sport bottle. ARV: $115.00 CAD per pack. Total ARV of all prizes: $661.00 CAD. All costsand expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specifically provided herein are theresponsibility of the winner. Participants understand that phone models may only operate on certaincarrier networks, which may or may not be compatible with participants existing network, if any.Requests for phones compatible with a winners existing network cannot be accommodated. Anydifference between stated ARV and actual value of prize will not be awarded. Winner must acceptprize as stated, or prize may be forfeited. Prize winners will be solely responsible for all federal,provincial and/or local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the prizes they receive,regardless of whether it, in whole or in part, are used. Limit one (1) prize perperson/address/household. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Prize cannot be transferred,redeemed for cash or substituted, butSponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or

greater value at its sole discretion.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS: As a condition of entering, participants agree (a) that Sponsor, OviMaps, their respective parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising and promotionagencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents arereleased, will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by participants against anyliability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to person(s), including death, or propertyresulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of theprize or participation in this Promotion or any Promotion-related activities; (b) under no circumstanceswill participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim,

punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocketexpenses; (c) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prizeawarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (d) any and allclaims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excludingattorneys' fees and court costs. Except where legally prohibited, winners grant (and agree to confirmthat grant in writing) permission to Sponsor and those acting under its authority the right to the use ofhis/her name, picture, likeness, voice, biographical information and statements, at any time or times,for advertising, trade, publicity and promotional purposes without additional compensation, in all medianow known or hereafter discovered, worldwide and on the Internet and World Wide Web, withoutnotice, review or approval.

9. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Neither Sponsor nor its agencies are responsible for lost, illegible,late, misdirected, incomplete, mutilated, or non-delivered Initiating update, Entries, mail or email; or forinterrupted or unavailable satellite, network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), Website,telephone or other connections, availability or accessibility, or miscommunications, or failed computer,satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, or lines, or technical failure or jumbled, garbled, corrupted,scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions, or computer hardware or software or telephonemalfunctions, failures, or technical errors or difficulties, or other errors of any kind whether human,mechanical, electronic or network or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of Entry or other informationor the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information. Neither Sponsor nor its agencies areresponsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Website users, or by anyequipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Promotion; and assume no responsibilityfor any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or delay in operation or transmission,communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or tampering with orhacking of the Website. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual itfinds to be tampering with entry process or operation of Promotion or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to threaten, abuse or harass any other person.Sponsor is not responsible for injury or damage to participant's or any other persons computer relatedto or resulting from participating in this Promotion or downloading or copying materials from or use ofWebsite. If, for any reason, Promotion, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, is not capable of running asplanned by reason of infection by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, hacking, unauthorizedintervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes which, in sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt

or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, Sponsorreserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend Promotion, anddetermine winner from among all eligible entries received prior to action taken, or as otherwisedeemed fair and equitable by Sponsor. Use of any device to automate entry is prohibited.

10. GOVERNING LAW: By entering, participants agree that all issues and questions concerning theconstruction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, participants rights andobligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall begoverned by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Province of Ontario, without giving effectto any choice of law or conflict of law rules. By entering, participants consent to the jurisdiction andvenue of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
