Resilient seated gate valves are used for general purpose on/off operations in municipal, agricultural and industrial infrastructural networks.The sealing is achieved by the vulcanized rubber on the wedge acting directly on the body internal wall.Opening and the closing is done by CCW and CW rotary motion of the non-rising stem, respectively. This action moves the wedge up and down, confined and guided on the monoblock internal ribs of the body. The wedge is fitted in the shell form on the cover, leaving no visual form in the direction of flow. This ensures the laminar flow through the valve with virtually no sensible head loss.

Technical FeaturesBUTTERFLY VALVE (Flanged, Double Eccentric)
Flanged butterfly valves are of a double eccentric design.It provides complete leakage tightness by its elastomeric seat which is connected to disc with the retaining ring. It is generally controlled manually with gearbox, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic actuator. The design can either be of single or double eccentrical disc centerline as an option.

Technical Features BUTTERFLY VALVE ( Wafer Type)
Butterfly Valves of wafer type are of concentric design. They are installed in between two external flanges of the pipeline components.They are widely used in HVAC systems, filter manual back-wash systems, water treatment systems etc..for quick opening and closing the lines.The handle on the disc shaft is turned in 1/4 rotation from fully opend to fully closedposition.Electrical of pneumatic actuators are added as an option for automated on/off.The valve is not intended for regulation or partly opened operation.

Technical Features :Check valves are used widely in pipelines conveying liquids, gases and steam.They prevent the fluid from back flow in a very simple manner.The only moving part in the check-valve is the disc with seal, hinged on the body to rotate freely, closing at an angle of 5° .This design detail ensures the drip tight closing of the disc by gravity even at very low or no-pressure applications.The disc opens in the direction of flow by the inertial effect of the moving fluid automatically. Only at no-flow condition the disc returns to its seat, preventing back flow drip tight.This offers a one-way flow through the valve.The use of swing type check-valves are very important mostly at the outlet of pumps. It is very important that the disc closes rapidly in pump applications with turn-off or electricity cut-off, before reversing flow slams the disc back to its seat, inducing waterhammer other than induced by the rapid velocity change in the pipeline. Counterweight is added to the check-valve disc stem for that purpose as an optional feature.

Technical Features Check valves of lifting type are used widely in pipelines conveying liquids, gases and steam.They prevent the fluid from back flow in a very simple manner.The only moving part in the check-valve is the disc with seal, spring loaded to close against the direction of flow.This design detail ensures the drip tight closing of the disc, but there is a minimum pressure needed to open the disc in the direction of flow overcoming the spring force. This value is about 0.5-0.7 bars. So, the use at very low or no-pressure applications is not possible.At no-flow condition in the pressurized pipeline the disc returns to its seat by the spring force on the disc, preventing back flow drip tight.This offers a one-way flow through the valve.It is very important that the disc closes rapidly in pump applications with turn-off or electricity cut-off, before reversing flow slams the disc back to its seat, inducing waterhammer other than induced by the rapid velocity change in the pipeline. The spring force serves for this instant closure before flow reversal.

Technical Features STRAINERS ( Y-Pattern )
Stainers are widely used in pipelines to filter foreign or unwanted particles that are flowing or drifting with the flow. They prevent pipeline system components like pressure regulation valves, watermeters, pumps from getting damaged by the impact of the foreign objects or particles in the flow. They increase the lifetime of such components.Strainer of in-line type makes servicing and cleaning easy by only dismantling the cover on site.The blind bolt on the cover can be replaced by a ball valve for flushing of small particles caught in the internal filter cage.The cage is designed to withstand the pressure difference of partly clogged screen across the body in better strength for heavy duty use compared to competi-tors.

Ball valves are extensively used for on/off manual operation of pipelines.The handle connected to ball stem is rotated ¼ turn from fully opened to fully closed position.The valve is easy to operate but manual fast closure of a valve can induce waterhammer on the pipeline and should be used responsibly on a pipeline.For the valves to be used as irrigation hydrant outlet valve, emptying of water inside the ball should be done to refrain body damage from frost during winter.

Applications and Details•Dismantling Joint is shortened to help the valves dismantled from the line. •Pipelines are operated more easily for maintanance.•The length for dismantling joint helps the length L by ± 25 mm.
Technical Features DISMANTLING JOINTS
Dismantling Joints are used to help installation and dismantling of the pipeline components on a pipeline.They are of telescopic type interconnected 2 piece design.The full length is elongated and shortened as per the value given on the illusturation to fit the gap between the flanges of the component and the joint itself. The seal is then tigthened by tightening the bolts of the middle element across the conical seal, which seals onto the outer perimeter of the main element.
